Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Jasa Lainnya Perorangan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Penanganan Sampah Di Kali Krukut Unit Pelaksana Kebersihan Badan Air Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Dki Jakarta

The phenomenon behind this research is the problem felt by the public regarding the service quality related to the handling of Krukut River waste by the Water Body Sanitation Implementing Unit.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee performance of Individual Other Service Providers on Krukut River waste handling by the Water Body Sanitation Implementing Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Environmental Service.The data collection method to test the hypothesis used a questionnaire addressed to 397 respondents in two villages around the Krukut River Water Agency, namely Karet Tengsin Village and Kebon Melati Village.The results of the t-test in this study show a tcount value of 17.110 and a ttable value of 0.196, with an error rate (alpha) of 0.05, a total sample of 397 and 1 independent variable. Because the tcount value (17.110) is greater than ttable (0.196), then H1 is accepted, which means that the Employee Performance of Individual Other Service Providers (X) affects the Quality Of Waste Handling Services (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, affects the independent variable, namely the Quality Of Waste Handling Services with a value of 42.6%. This means that the variable of Employee Performance of Individual Other Service Providers has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of the Krukut River waste handling service by the Water Body Sanitation Implementing Unit, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. From a simple linear regression test, it is known that the regression coefficient value (X) is 1.036, which means that each unit of increase in Employee Performance of the Individual Other Service Providers (X) will cause an increase in the Quality of Waste Handling Services (Y) by 1.036. This means that the Employee Performance of Individual Other Service Providers (X) has an effect on the Service Quality of Krukut River Waste Handling by the Water Body Sanitation Implementing Unit (Y).References
