Peran Mediasi Strategic Change Management pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dalam Kondisi Pandemik Covid-19

The objective of this study is to analyze whether strategic change management is able to serve a role as a mediator of organization performance with several supporting variables such as competence. This study utilizes primary data which are obtained by disseminating study instruments to targeted respondents who represent the population. The observed population in this study is Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. This study utilizes descriptive analysis to discover the distribution of value which is generated from the respondents’ responses on the variables that are used in the study, by using SPSS software. The result of this study is managed to prove that strategic change management has mediation role between competence towards Organization performance of Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah yang ada di Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta.References
