Mastering public speaking skills has become one of the essential competencies in the modern era, both in the educational and professional realms. This article describes the journey of a young lecturer in developing public speaking skills through participation in the Powerful Influencer School (PARIS) program organized by PT Paragon Corp. The study focuses on the impact of public speaking training on improving teaching quality and public speaking abilities. The method employed in this research is descriptive with a narrative approach, based on personal experiences and reflections. The results indicate that the training program not only provided technical skills but also fostered the development of self-confidence and emotional connection with the audience.
