About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Bijak Journal is a scientific journal of Administrative Science Business, published by the Business Administration Studies Program Faculty of Administrative Sciences Institute of Social and Management Studies STIAMI. The Journal of Business Administration is published 2 (two) times a year, every March and September, which contains the results of the study of Business Administration Studies. This journal aims to disseminate the results of thought and scientific analysis in the field of Business Administration Sciences.

Peer Review Process

The submitted manuscript is first reviewed by an editor. It will be evaluated in the office, whether it is suitable for Bijak focus and scope or has a major methodological flaw and similarity score by using iThenticate.

The manuscript will be sent to at least two anonymous reviewers (Double Blind Review). Reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses.

The suggested decision will be evaluated in an editorial board meeting. Afterward, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.

All manuscripts are reviewed by double-blind reviewers consisting of an editor and members of the Editorial Board or qualified outside/external reviewers. This is done within the shortest given time. The journal,  above all, strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within 3 weeks. The Editorial Board re-review manuscripts that are accepted until they are revised.

Publication Frequency

This journal publishes two times a year on March and September.

Journal History

Majalah Ilmiah Bijak, is a scientific journal journal of Administrative Science Business. It published twice a year on every March and September. All submitted manuscripts will go through the blind peer review and editorial review before being granted with acceptance for publication. Majalah Ilmiah Bijak publishes numerous literatures, research articles, and case studies in the area of Business Administration, Organization, Management, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. This journal is a follow-up of the previous print-published version (p-ISSN 1411-0830) which was firstly in 2007. Since 2018, it has been published electronically with new e-ISSN 2621-749X.

 

After Volume 15, No.1 (March 2018),  Majalah Ilmiah Bijak has applied for DOAJ.  DOAJ  is an online directory that indexes and provides access to quality open access, peer-reviewed journals. It is to increase the visibility of Majalah Ilmiah Bijak and ease of use of open access scientific and scholarly journals, thereby promoting our increased usage and impact.
