PENGARUH LOGISTIC MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA WAREHOUSE PADA PT. FASTINDO PIRANTI KABEL

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Fastindo Piranti Kabel with the aim of knowing the results of data analysis related to the effect of Logistics Management Improvement on Warehouse Performance in the company. The research methodology used was quantitative descriptive method through distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents. Data calculation and analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS version 23, the regression equation Y = 8.726 + 0.438x + e was obtained. With this formula, it can be concluded that the Logistics Management Improvement affects Warehouse Performance by 8,726 units, meaning that if the Logistics Management Improvement is increased by one unit, it will increase the Warehouse Performance by 43.8%. Meanwhile, the R square (R2) value of 0.323 or 32.3% was obtained, which means that the Logistics Management Improvement variable has an influence of 32.3% on Warehouse Performance, with the remaining 63.7% being influenced by other variables not examined by the author. The test results show that tcount is 5,898, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted because tcount 5,898> ttable 1.993. The significance value of 0.000 <0.05 indicates that Logistics Management Improvement has a significant effect on Warehouse Performance.
