MODEL PENERAPAN METODE LEAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PADA PROSES PERGUDANGAN TAHUN 2020 (Studi Kasus di PT. Lazada Gudang Sunter)

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementation of lean method on productivity in warehousing process of 2020 (case study in PT. Lazada Sunter Warehouse). This research uses quantitative approach with research type conducted scientifically through field research using survey on respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling technique which is taking the sample that is same with the population number available which is 50 respondents. The data collection method is by questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression by using SPSS. Based on the data processing and problems study based on determination test produced effect between the implementation of lean method on warehousing productivity with total value of R2 of 0,296 or 29,6%. Meanwhile the 70,4% is affected by other factors that are not included in this research. The research result shows that the implementation of lean method affects positively and significantly on productivity in warehousing process on 2020 (case study in PT. Lazada Sunter Warehouse), proved by signification level of 0,000 < 0,05 with tcount > ttable (4,491 > 1,677).
