Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Article Title (Heading) (Times New Roman Bold, 15 pt)

Author's name, (Times New Roman, 9 pt), Email address (Times New Roman, 9 pt), Institutional Affiliation, State (Times New Roman, 9 pt)

 

Article Title please use Times New Roman Bold 15

Abstract written in Indonesian or English, no more than 250 words and please include 4 keywords.

Please use Times New Roman 10 with room 1.15., this template with 2 (two) column page layouts.

Keywords: Three to Five keywords

 

Introduction (Heading 1) (Times New Roman Bold, 11 pt)

Please submit your article in Microsoft Word. Articles must be written on A4 paper with a margin of 2.5 cm on each side. Use the letter style (Times New Roman, 11 pt) with a space of 1.15. For abstracts, please use Times New Roman 10 with a space of 1.15. Please follow this template with 1 (one) page layout.

 

The body of the article, the article must be written in Indonesian or English, between 5,000-7,000 words as follows: Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Research Methods, Findings, Discussion, Conclusions, and Implications.

 

The title must be left a margin, uppercase and bold. Subheadings must be used to help readability in the following format:

1. First-order title: left margin, lowercase letters starting with capital letters and bold type.

2. Second-Order Title: Even with the left margin, lowercase letters start with capital letters and bold.

3. Third-order titles: bold, lowercase letters starting with capital letters, indentation like paragraphs followed by period tables, graphs, numbers, and maps must be carefully integrated into the text and contribute significantly to understanding the author's message.

 

Numbers must have clear, black and white qualities and are numbered sequentially with numbers.

 

Tables must be typed and entered as part of the manuscript.

and may not be submitted as a graphic element. Make sure the tables and figures are complete with the required superscripts, both next to the relevant item and with the appropriate explanation or the level of significance displayed as footnotes in the table and figure.

 

The identity of the author of the citation and reference closure, please follow the APA quote and reference style.

4. Co-Authorship

If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. Transparansi : Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Administrasi will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. Transparansi : Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Administrasi will only communicate with the corresponding author.

5. Miscellaneous

Transparansi : Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Administrasi will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. Transparansi : Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Administrasi editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 3.

Every accepted manuscript should be accompanied by "Copyright Transfer Agreement"prior to the article publication.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
