Upaya administratif seperti pencatatan data yang tertib, digitalisasi, dan standardisasi prosedur sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa. Dengan administrasi yang baik, pelayanan kepada masyarakat menjadi lebih cepat, transparan, dan akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kapasitas pemerintah desa dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat desa Kebonan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan analisis dokumen terkait. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tata kelola pemerintah desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan mengetahui tingkat kapasitas kinerja pemerintah desa. Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tata kelola desa dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Desa Kebonan Kecamatan Kiakah Kabupaten Lumajang. Dalam konteks pergeseran paradigma otonomi daerah, yang menekankan pada pembangunan daerah dan peIayanan yang optimal, peneIitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kinerja aparat desa sesuai dengan Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014.
Abstract
To increase the efficacy and efficiency of village governance, administrative initiatives including routine data recording, digitization, and procedure standardization are essential. Good administration leads to speedier, more transparent, and more accountable public services. This study attempts to establish the level of village government capacity in providing services to the Kebonan community. The method employed in this study is a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of relevant documents. This was done to determine the village government's governance in enhancing public services and the level of village government performance capacity. This study intends to explore village government in improving public services in Kebonan Village, Kiakah District, Lumajang Regency. This study emphasizes the significance of village officials' performance in compliance with Law Number 6 of 2014 within the framework of the evolving paradigm of regional autonomy, which places an emphasis on regional development and effective service delivery.
