Abstrak

The phenomenon of Civil Servants in the Functional Position of Investment Management is not optimal. The study aims to analyze and evaluate the Influence of Leadership, Competence, and Work Culture on the Performance of civil servants in the Functional Position of Investment Management (Study in the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)) partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research type with an explanatory approach. The population of the study of civil servants in the Functional Position of Investment Management is 148 civil servants, with Slovin (significance level 5%) obtained 108 samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Research results: (1) The influence of leadership toward the performance of JF PKPM civil servants in the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/BKPM is positive and significant with a large influence of 53.88%, while the relative contribution is 18%. (2) The influence of competence toward the performance of JF PKPM civil servants in the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/BKPM is positive and significant with a large influence of 62.57%, while the relative contribution is 37%. (3) The influence of work culture toward the performance of JF PKPM civil servants in the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/BKPM is positive and significant with a large influence of 62.25%, while the relative contribution is 45%. (4) The influence of leadership, competence, and work culture
simultaneously toward the performance of JF  PKPM civil servants in the Ministry of Investment and Downstream/BKPM is positive and significant with a large influence of 76.2%.
