Efektivitas Kegiatan Asistensi Umkm Berorientasi Ekspor di Lingkungan Kantor Bea Dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Cikarang

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan komponen penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, dengan kontribusi lebih dari 60% terhadap PDB nasional. Namun demikian, kinerja ekspor UMKM masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas kegiatan asistensi UMKM berorientasi ekspor yang diselenggarakan oleh Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean Cikarang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Evaluasi efektivitas dilakukan melalui indikator ketepatan sasaran, sosialisasi, ketercapaian tujuan, dan pemantauan pasca kegiatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan ekspor UMK , meskipun masih dihadapkan pada kendala teknis, kurangnya pendampingan lanjutan, dan keterbatasan pembiayaan. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup penguatan pendampingan, penyusunan materi pelatihan yang kontekstual, serta perluasan akses pasar dan dukungan pembiayaan
