Influence of Compensation, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Service Solusi Jakarta

This study aims to evaluate the extent of the influence of Compensation, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Service Solusi Jakarta. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing a set of questions in a questionnaire covering four variables to respondents, who were selected as a sample from the research population. The sample consisted of 69 employees of PT. Alfa Service Solusi Jakarta. The raw data obtained were processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) for Windows version 20. Based on the data analysis, the results of the study are as follows: first, there is a positive and significant influence of Compensation on employee Job Satisfaction, with a coefficient of
determination of 0.292 or 29.2%. Second, there is a positive and significant influence of Career Development on employee Job Satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 0.432 or 43.2%. Third, there is an influence of Work Environment on employee Job Satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination of 0.240 or 24.0%. Fourth, there is a combined influence of Compensation, Career Development, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Alfa Service Solusi Jakarta, with a coefficient of determination of 0.645 or 64.5%
