This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Climate, Career Development, and Competence on the Performance of Railway Inspectors at the Directorate of Railway Safety, Directorate General of Railways, Ministry of Transportation. The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of 131 employees, and a sample of 99 respondents was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. Data analysis techniques included multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that: (1) Organizational Climate has a moderate correlation with performance (r = 0.466) and a positive and significant partial effect, contributing 21.8% to performance; (2) Career Development has a low correlation with performance (r = 0.368), but also shows a positive and significant partial effect, contributing 13.5%; (3) Competence has a strong correlation with performance (r = 0.700) and a positive and significant partial effect, contributing 49.1%; and (4) Simultaneously, Organizational Climate, Career Development, and Competence have a strong correlation with performance (r = 0.705) and a positive and significant effect, contributing 49.7%. In conclusion, the three independent variables both individually and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of railway inspectors. These findings have important implications for human resource
management policies within the Directorate General of Railways.
