Strategi Pelaku Usaha dalam Menghadapi Krisis Ekonomi di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting the world, including Indonesia, has a huge impact on all industrial sectors including business people who are running their business. Many business people feel the impact of their efforts. Buyers have greatly decreased due to restrictions imposed by the government so that people remain silent at home, this is one of the causes of their decreased sales turnover. The research method used is qualitative analysis through literature review. The results of this study provide a variety of strategies that can be done by business people, including selling E-commerce, doing digital marketing, improving the quality of products and services, and establishing good relationships with consumers. The results of this research can be carried out by business people considering that there have been changes in circumstances that require business people to survive during the current economic crisis.
