Abstract

The provision of public services is an effort by the state to fulfill the basic needs of the rights of every citizen to goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers. Related to the public services in question, the 1945 Constitution mandates the state to fulfill the basic needs of every citizen for their welfare, so that the effectiveness of the implementation of a government is largely determined by the good or bad implementation of public services. Increasingly better service to the community affects the level of satisfaction felt by the community, so that the quality of service will continue to increase and improve. The problem that arises today is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community both at the village level and the national level. This descriptive research is quantitative, with a population of 92,820 residents in Pademangan Barat Village, with an error tolerance of 10% using the Slovin formula, a sample of 99.89 or 100 people was obtained. The sampling technique used a Likert scale interval of 5 to 1 with a questionnaire. So the conclusion given is partially that the performance of government officials, public services and work discipline have a positive effect on public satisfaction. Simultaneously, the performance of government apparatus, public services and work discipline together influence public satisfaction by 91.6%. and the remaining 8.4% is influenced by other factors or other variables outside the study.
