Evaluasi Kinerja Pegawai dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Administrasi di Bagian Administrasi Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta

The findings of performance criticism from development administration employees are due to the employee performance process being considered complicated, less than optimal and time-consuming so that it becomes an aspect that can hinder the effectiveness and efficiency of development administration services. The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate employee performance in improving administrative services in the development administration section of the DKI Jakarta provincial secretariat. The research in this thesis uses qualitative descriptive research with field research studies using observation and interview techniques. The results of the study indicate that Activities in development administration services have decreased the target work achievements in 2024 in controlling development implementation as well as evaluating and reporting development activity administration. This decline is caused by employees not being responsive enough in providing services, lack of communication and coordination and low responsiveness of some employees which causes work to be unable to be conveyed properly and clearly. In addition, employees do not utilize existing resources, resulting in less than satisfactory work qualitylam mengatasi overcrowding secara sistemik di Lapas dan Rutan di Indonesia.
