PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA PT ELANG TRANSPORTASI INDONESIA DI JAKARTA

Abstract


The aims of this study is to determine the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organization commitment on employee’s performance, the effects of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee’s performance, and organization commitment on employee’s performance.The research used explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. the population in this research is PT Ladafa Multi Logistcs Jakarta’s employees with the total of 48 employees. Saturated sampling is used as a technique to take all of the member population. The data collection method used spreading questionnaires and documentations.The data analysis used are descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis using multiple linear analysis by t-test and F as hypothesis testing.The result showed the organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant simultan of employee’s performance with significance value F 0,000. Organizational commitment has a significant partial influence the employees' performance with significance value T 0,000. organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a significant partial influence to employee’s performance with significance value t 0,085.
