Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Penawaran Harga Terhadap Keputusan Menggunakan Jasa pada Epson Service Center Mangga Dua Jakarta

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how much influence the quality of service and price offer on the decision to use services at the EPSON Service Center Mangga Dua Jakarta. This thesis uses quantitative research through survey methods to customers. The population in this study was 551 and a sample of 55 respondents using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques by giving questionnaires to customers. Tests of data analysis using multiple linear regression tests. In proving and analyzing this, multiple linear analysis is used with t test and f test. Partial research results in service quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use services, while price offers do not have a significant influence on the decision to use services. But at the level of 10% the price offer has an influence and is significant on the decision to use services. The value of R Square of 0.427 shows that the variable quality of service and price offer has an effect of 42.7% on the decision to use services, while the remaining 57.3% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.
