Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between the variables of kaizen culture and employee engagement on employee performance and how significant the coefficient of determination between the variables of kaizen culture on employee performance. This research is quantitative research conducted by processing the results of the distribution of questionnaires and the results of direct interviews with respondents which are then tested according to the stages of instrument testing, classical assumption testing and ttest hypothesis where the results of the research are assisted by the SPSS program version 2.4. Simultaneously, the kaizen culture and the employee engagement variables that affect employee performance are 17.2%, while other variables determine 82.8%.
