PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SISTEM SINGLE SIGN ON (SSO) TERHADAP LEAN SERVICE PRODUK JASA PENDIDIKAN PADA INSTITUT STIAMI KAMPUS BEKASI A

This research aims aims to analyze the influence of SSO management systems on lean service products of educational services at the Stiami Institute of Bekasi A Campus. The method used the quantitative research type through a descriptive approach, involving 31 respondents as samples by distributing questionnaires. The collected data were scored and then analyzed using the SPSS program (Statistic Program for Social Science) 23.0 for Windows. The results of this research indicate that the SSO management system has a positive and significant effect on the lean service of educational services at the Stiami Institute of Bekasi A Campus. The percentage of the influence of SSO system management on the lean service product education services of the Institut Stiami Bekasi A based on the coefficient determination test results is 26 %. The rest is influenced by other factors
