Analisis Faktor Penyebab Kecelakaan Kerja pada Warehouse PT XYZ Indonesia Cibitung
Abstract
PT XYZ Indonesia Cibitung is a company engaged in warehousing and logistics. The company continues to face significant challenges in managing the risk of workplace accidents, particularly in operational activities that have the potential to cause injuries. This study aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of the implemented Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures in preventing workplace accidents, identify and analyze the factors causing workplace accidents, and determine the most effective corrective and preventive measures to reduce workplace accidents. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, using theoretical frameworks as guidelines to focus on empirical facts observed in the field. The findings indicate the level of effectiveness of the implemented OHS policies and procedures in preventing workplace accidents, identify the key factors contributing to workplace accidents, and determine the most effective corrective and preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents.
