Pengaruh Perencanaan Transportasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan PT YCH Indonesia
Abstract
The logistics industry currently faces increasingly fierce competition, pushing companies to operate efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which transportation planning and service quality influence customer satisfaction levels at PT YCH Indonesia. Efficiency in transportation planning and quality service are believed to be crucial elements in creating a positive customer experience. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to PT YCH Indonesia customers, including several of the company's partners, such as PT Frisian Flag Indonesia, PT Dua Kelinci, and PT Hisense. Fifty-two respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable.
