Pengaruh Motivasi Pegawai, Pengawasan dan Kualitas SDM Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Penyedia Jasa Lainnya Perorangan (PJLP) Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) di Kantor Kelurahan Manggarai Selatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan
Abstract
Berdasarkan pengamatan dilapangan, kinerja pekerja PPSU Kelurahan Manggarai Selatan masih rendah. Pekerja PPSU kurang mampu menyelesaikan tugas, kewajiban, dan tanggung jawab dalam urusan tugas, pokok dan fungsinya dengan optimal. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki, latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak sesuai, dan etos kerja pegawai yang rendah. Selain itu, kemampuan belajar sendiri juga masih rendah sehingga produktivitasnya kerjanya menurun dan berdampak pada lemahnya pelayanan yang diberikan pegawai kepada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh motivasi, pengawasan dan kualitas SDM secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pekerja Penyedia Jasa Lainnya Perorangan (PJLP) Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) di kantor Kelurahan Manggarai Selatan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh pekerja PJLP Penanganan Prasarana Dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Kelurahan Manggarai Selatanyang berjumlah 42 Orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan program statistik SPSS ver. 25.0, terbukti variabel motivasi (X1), pengawasan (X2) dan kualitas sumber daya manusia (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Hasil uji yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 40,560, sedangkan besarnya Ftabel dengan derajat bebas (df) 3 dan 38 pada α (0,05) sebesar 2,85. Dengan demikian nilai Fhitung (40,560) > F tabel (2,85). Ini berarti H0 ditolak dan konsekuensinya H1 diterima, maka motivasi, pengawasan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja PJLP PPSU Kelurahan Manggarai Selatan dan persentase pengaruh variabel motivasi, pengawasan dan kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 74,3% dan sisanya sebesar 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam model.
