Analisis Efektivitas Restrukturisasi Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Untuk Menekan Adanya Kredit Macet Pada Pt. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Bekasi
Abstract
The government designated Covid-19 as a non-natural national disaster. The application of social distancing as a countermeasure to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, but the impact of social distancing is the weakening of the Indonesian economy. Because the decrease in income led to many workers in layoffs, the number of employees working at home led to a decrease in the income of other communities such as gojek. Individual credit, especially mortgages are retail and bulk credit products, which require continuous monitoring of the accuracy of payments from financing debtors and financing debtors will also have no difficulty in fulfilling their obligations or financing. So that certain efforts are needed to prevent, suppress and resolve problems that may arise between the bank and debtors who are in arrears. Almost all banks have problem credit.
To improve the credit quality of PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk. Bekasi Branch needs to conduct credit coaching, credit rescue, and credit settlement. Credit rescue is an effort taken by the bank if the debtor is cooperative in finding a solution to solve problematic credit and still able to pay his obligations but less smoothly in making payments due to something. Credit saving applied to PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk. Bekasi branch is by restructuring credit. In this case, of course, the bank will be able to save problematic credit before the problem credit enters the credit settlement stage. In this step will be taken with a faster time and relatively little cost than the process of credit settlement through external parties (Court Lawsuit, Execution of Dependent Rights, and Auction Application through the Office of State Cash Services and Auction). The bank also hopes this effort can reduce bad credit. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of social media in increasing online product sales during the Covid-19 pandemic.This study was conducted to find out the effectiveness of home ownership credit restructuring in PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk Bekasi Branch as well as obstacles and efforts made. This research uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive. Data collection from this study is with interviews, observations and documentation. The data source in this study used Purposive Sampling techniques and data collection techniques in this study the author made a direct visit to Bank BTN Bekasi Branch to conduct a personal interview. Equipped with restructuring data conducted. The results of the study showed that the process of analysis of mortgage credit restructuring at Bank BTN Bekasi branch against debtors affected by Covid-19 has been implemented based on credit restructuring conducted by Bank BTN in accordance with Circular Letter No. 04/ DIR / DRPK / 2000 dated December 19, 2000 Concerning the Implementation Directive of PD No. 19/ PD / DRPK / 1200 about Restructuring and Settlement of Individual Credit with additional anaisis impact of Covid-19 on the restructuring submission form has been going well and able to suppress bad credit in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic with obstacles faced by the Bank in the implementation of credit restructuring Is the blocking of all areas that are in the red zone, debtors ignore the three phone calls and cannot cooperate, but the debtor deliberately the efforts made by btn bank Bekasi branch at this time is by negotiations to produce a restructuring that can be fulfilled by both parties
