Pengaruh Promosi dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Kunjung Kembali Wisatawan di Pulau Pramuka Kepulauan Seribu ( Studi Kasus Wisatawan Pulau Pramuka )

Abstract


Tour is one of the needs of modern humans. The development of technology and information makes it easy for all people to be able to find and enjoy various places to visit. Ups and downs in the number of tourist that occur due to the influence of promotions and service quality on the intention to return. Applying the right strategy will bringin tourists and make tourists who have visited have an interest in visiting again. A very strong motivating factor in the intention to return is influenced by promotion and service quality, because it has involvement in the intention to return. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion and service quality on intention to return. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population of this study were tourists visiting the island of pramuka, the thousand islands. The sample taken was 110 respondents. The sampling technique uses non-probaility sampling using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed that promotion (X1) and service quality (X2) simultaneously had an effect on the intention to return (Y) by 93,2. Promotional variable (X1) that influences revisit interest (Y) is promotional media, while service quality variable (X2) thet influences revisit interest (Y) is nature and characteristics.
