Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh fleksibilitas prosedur administratif dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kinerja pegawai Generasi Z pada CV. Sahita Electronic Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori terhadap 48 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas prosedur administratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). Lingkungan kerja digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan serta memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 57.1% terhadap kinerja pegawai (R² = 0.571). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penyederhanaan prosedur administratif dan optimalisasi sistem kerja digital dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Generasi Z.
Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the effect of administrative procedure flexibility and digital work environment on the performance of Generation Z employees at CV. Sahita Electronic, South Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method involving 48 respondents selected through total sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that administrative procedure flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.05). The digital work environment also has a positive and significant effect and demonstrates a more dominant influence (β = 0.538; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables contribute 57.1% to employee performance (R² = 0.571). These findings highlight the importance of simplifying administrative procedures and optimizing digital work systems to enhance the performance of Generation Z employees.
