Kapasitas logistik perdagangan suatu negara merujuk pada kemampuan sistem logistik dalam menangani arus barang masuk dan keluar negara. Fokus Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan dari kapasitas logistik perdagangan Indonesia menggunakan analisis SWOT serta menganalisis critical success factors. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT dan Fuzzy-AHP yang digunakan untuk memberikan alternatif strategi dan memberikan prioritas strategi yang akan diterapkan untuk perencanaan kapasitas logistic perdagangan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat alternatif strategi yaitu Strength-Opportunity (SO) dan prioritas strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk kapasitas logistik perdagangan di masa depan adalah penguatan kebijakan hilirisasi.
Abstract
A country’s trade logistics capacity refers to the ability of its logistics system to handle the flow of goods entering and leaving the country. The primary objective of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Indonesia’s trade logistics capacity using SWOT analysis and to analyze the critical success factors. This study employs a SWOT analysis and Fuzzy-AHP approach to propose alternative strategies and prioritize those to be implemented for planning Indonesia’s trade logistics capacity. Based on the data analysis results, it was found that the alternative strategy is Strength-Opportunity (SO), and the priority strategy that can be applied for future trade logistics capacity is strengthening downstreaming policies.
