Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest exists when financial, personal, institutional, or academic relationships could influence, or appear to influence, the work of authors, reviewers, or editors. Transparansi : Jurnal Ilmiah Ilmu Administrasi requires every party to disclose such interests.

Authors

Authors declare all sources of funding and any competing interests in a statement at the end of the manuscript. If there are none, they write: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."

Reviewers

Reviewers decline an invitation if they know the authors' identity, have worked closely with them, are in competition with them, or have any other interest that could affect their judgement.

Editors

Editors do not handle manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest. A manuscript submitted by an editor or an editorial board member is handled by another editor, goes through the same double-blind review, and the author takes no part in the decision.
